Polyarc, an indie developer, did just this with Moss. Theseus was more like a rough tech demo/VR experience but left me itching for someone to take these mechanics and elevate it into a full-fledged game.

I bring this review up, because I played this before I tried Moss, and really enjoyed this new top-side camera where you have a true bird’s eye view and control what I feel is like a playset with little figurines. There was a game with a similar concept I reviewed on PS VR called Theseus which you can check out here. We listed the games in alphabetical order and included links to the PlayStation Store where you can preorder or wishlist titles you're interested in.It’s interesting that I’ve not played my original PlayStation VR in over a year, if not longer, but when I think about my time with it, Moss is the number one experience I will never forget. One of the most anticipated titles for PSVR 2 is Horizon: Call of the Mountain, which takes place in the same world as Forbidden West and should help show off the power of the $550 gadget.Ĭurious to know what the PSVR 2 library looks like before committing to a purchase? Here’s a look at every confirmed PSVR 2 game.

From tactical shooters like Crossfire: Sierra Squad to relaxing titles like Puzzling Places, Sony’s headset looks to have all of the major genres covered. Of course, the PSVR 2 games library is just as important as its technical chops, and right now things don’t look to disappoint. All told, about 50 games have been revealed for PSVR 2, and we’re sure to hear about more throughout 2023. This includes a good mix of remasters, new releases, and sequels to established titles. Thankfully, Sony seems to be giving PSVR 2 heaps of attention, with a mountain of games already announced for the platform.

Building on the foundation laid by the original PSVR headset, this next-gen headset packs in a bundle of impressive features (such as eye tracking, headset haptics, and a 4K resolution), but it also carries a staggering $550 price tag.

The world of virtual reality will expand on February 22 thanks to the launch of the PSVR 2 headset for PS5.
